Chinese Proverb.

The protocol incorporates lifestyle change, and implements healthy diet, body cleansing, exercises and different traditional and natural therapies. Protocol contains links to other pages that give detail explanation for each part of this program. Please, follow the links, to fully understand all the words. Remember: There is always something that can be done! The first thing to do is to change your mood. If you are depressed, if you are unhappy, you can not be healthy. Advice: start with the Laughing cure!
Laughing provides us with the natural inner massage, and through change of mood it can account for up to 30% of cure!

The Hypoglycemia Cause
To understand The Hypoglycemia Prevention and Curing Protocol, you should first get familiar with The Hypoglycemia Cause
Now, I assume that you know something about what is causing Hypoglycemia, so we can continue with the Hypoglycemia program.

Hypoglycemia Diet
Let's start with most simple part of this program: Hypoglycemia diet. When it comes to diet, it is very important to avoid eating  Toxins  and   Foods that Kill. Please follow those links and learn what are The Toxins I am talking about and what are those  "Foods that Kill". Now, important part of your diet should also be  Water Cure.  Please, become familiar with  Water Cure. Your Diet should contain: Foods That Heal,Vegetable juices,  Fats that Heal,  Unrefined Sea Salt. Also, try to understand food tolerance. You can not find the right Hypoglycemia diet, unless you fully understand and learn about food tolerance.
Take some time to implement and learn all what you have read here, and then continue reading further.

Body Cleansing (Hypoglycemia)
Now, let's start with body cleansing. Body cleansing is extremely important part of every prevention and curing program. You are guessing: "Dietary changes you made are also a form of cleansing." But, most people need more then this, especially when it comes to liver health. Body Cleansing is even important for children. Our internal organs can hold a lot toxins, and sometimes, it is impossible to get those toxins out, without doing cleansing. Our liver can contain hundreds of intrahepatic stones. Those stones will block bile flow, and affect the bases of your health, your digestion. Another problem are parasites. You must learn as much as possible about parasites. And, don't forget also dental toxins.
Let start with cleansing program. You are suppose to do cleansing in this order:
  1. Bowel cleanse with parasite cleanse
  2. Dental cleanup (if you can afford it)
  3. Kidney Cleanse and
  4. Liver cleanse.
Body Cleansing for Adults:
  1. Bowel cleanse and Parasite cleanse !
  2. Dental cleanup - dental work may be one cofactor of your disease: amalgam, root canalnickel crownscavitations (pocket inside jaw bone left after extraction of the wisdom and molar teeth )
  3. Kidney cleanse
  4. Liver cleanse and Gallbladder cleanse -liver flush!
Make sure you visit those pages and get more info. Dental cleanup can take many years. If you have a lot of dental metal, do not rush to replace it all at once.
Bowel cleanse should be done at least once a year.
Liver cleanse is a procedure that, for best results, should be repeated at least 6 - 10 times, every 2 or 3 weeks.
Kidney cleanse is simple and cheap, many herbs can be used to cleanse kidneys. If you have no kidney stones, even Water Cure could be enough!
Body Cleansing for kids:
  1. Dental cleanup .. Kids older then 8 may need dental cleanup (amalgam) and liver cleanse:

Physical Activity (Hypoglycemia)
Physical Activity helps cleansing, it brings balance and relieves stress.
Psycho-physical activities will help you balance your body and will help you relief accumulated stress.  You will have to find a form of  exercise that suit you. I will just give you a few examples:
Mini Trampoline jumping - rebounding!
Meditation
Walk or jog in the nature : Forest, Mountain , river /   sea / lake side, beach ... fishing, photo-safari, rowing, riding, golf, ...
Tai Chi, Chi Gong, Meditation ...
Yoga - Hatha, Meditation, Chinese Yoga ...
Martial Arts: Karate, Judo, Kung Fu, Teakwood, Budokai, Uechi, Aikido ...
Dancing, Aerobics, Gymnastics, Stretching ...
Swimming in non-chlorinated water !  ( Best in minerals rich water - Ocean ! )
Weight lifting,  ....
Do not exhaust yourself !
Do not exercise with full stomach !  (You may take a walk!)
Do not hurt yourself !

Sweating (Hypoglycemia)
Sweating is powerful way to cleanse your body from accumulated toxins.
examples:
- exercise with a lot of clothes
Sauna
- drink warm tea in a hot room ...
- eat CAYENNE pepper! ...
It is known that some modern industrial toxins and pesticides can leave your body only through sweat glands!

Psychotherapy and Spiritual Therapy
Human body is not just this what we can se. There is more to it. To treat other level of us, to treat soul and to treat mind and unconscious parts of us, I suggest you Hellinger's therapy.

Curing Hypoglycemia Naturally: Low Blood Sugar Causes And Symptoms

Hypoglycemia or Low Blood Sugar is a disorder where the pancreas produce too much of insulin causing blood sugar to drop. It may lead to diabetes. After a carbohydrate rich meal the blood sugar usually drops.

Symptoms of Hypoglycemia

  • Craving for sweets and starches in excessive quantities between meals.
  • Headache, disturbed vision, nervousness, depression, fatigue, irritability, dizziness, numbness, sweating, sexual disturbances, palpitation of the heart, absent mindedness and frequent eating.
Causes of Hypoglycemia or Low Blood Sugar
  • Excessive intake of sugar and refined carbohydrates cause the liver, adrenal glands and pancreas to lose their ability to handle sugar properly.
  • Stress, tumor and disturbed functioning of the adrenal, liver or pituitary gland are other causes.

Natural Cure of Hypoglycemia or Low Blood Sugar

  • Cooked grains, seeds (pumpkin and sunflower) and nuts in raw form, vegetables and fruits.
  • Make 6 meals a day menu plan and follow it strictly.
  • Avoid excess intake of salt as it causes blood sugar to drop.
  • Avoid soft drinks, alcohol, coffee, refined and processed foods, white flour and white sugar.
  • Diet should be as follows-
    • On Rising – Fresh fruit juice or fruit like apples, avocado, berries, melons or peaches.
    • Breakfast – Buttermilk, cottage cheese, fruit, seeds and nuts.
    • Mid-morning – Tomato juice, fruit juice or fruit.
    • Lunch – Milk and cooked cereals.
    • Mid afternoon – snack consisting of nuts, fruit or vegetable juice.
    • Dinner – vegetable salad, 2 slices of whole wheat bread, buttermilk and cottage cheese.
    • On retiring – buttermilk or milk.
  • Foods rich in Vitamin-B Complex, Vitamin C and Vitamin E are highly beneficial. Patients should take 2000-5000 milligram of Vitamin C and 50 milligram of Vitamin-B6 daily.
  • Get proper rest, maintain a calm mind, relieve anxiety and nervous strain through relaxation and meditation, yoga and neutral immersion bath.

Hypoglycemia Symptoms and Alternative Hypoglycemia Treatments

Low blood sugar or hypoglycemia symptoms typically worsen several hours after a meal. Scientific studies show that there’s much more to hypoglycemia symptoms and hypoglycemia treatments than just low blood sugar. The adrenal stress hormones, adrenalin, and cortisol, are critically involved. In fact, most hypoglycemia symptoms are caused not by low blood sugar per se, but by an over-reaction of adrenalin and cortisol discharge—part of the body’s defense against blood sugar falling too low. A broad holistic approach to hypoglycemia treatments provides the best results.

Potential Hypoglycemia Symptoms

Diet-induced Hypoglycemia Symptoms Versus Hypoglycemia Symptoms Due to Diabetes

Too much insulin or oral medicine for diabetes can drive blood sugar (glucose) down too low. Dietary hypoglycemia symptoms trigger by a different path. Normally after eating, blood sugar (glucose) rises. Then the pancreatic hormone, insulin, kicks–in, driving blood sugar back down. The low point or nadir of the blood sugar curve occurs three or four hours after eating.
adrenal glands and hypoglycemiaAt the low blood sugar nadir, the adrenal glands fire–off modest amounts of two anti–hypoglycemia hormones, adrenalin/epinephrine and cortisol. These anti–hypoglycemia hormones promptly drive blood sugar levels back up, in effect, a natural hypoglycemia treatment. No hypoglycemia symptoms occur.
In contrast, people with diet–induced hypoglycemia are primed so their hypoglycemia–regulating hormones tend to overreact. As blood sugar rises after eating, the pancreas overshoots, firing too much insulin. This drives blood sugar down faster and further than it should. As blood sugar falls the adrenal glands “recognize” the need for an emergency hypoglycemia treatment to block blood sugar from crashing. The adrenals discharge massive amounts of adrenalin and cortisol. This drives blood sugar back up. Adrenalin can cause all the hypoglycemia symptoms listed above. Cortisone causes fatigue, anxiety, hunger and depression. This critical role of adrenalin and cortisol for hypoglycemia symptoms was proven by researchers at the National Institutes way back in 1984.

Research

Hypoglycemia is a condition that causes abnormally low blood sugar (glucose) levels or abnormal fluctuations of blood sugar levels due to over secretion of insulin by the pancreas.
Symptoms of hypoglycemia vary from mild to severe, and range from anxiety, weakness, sweating, rapid heart rate, extreme hunger, dizziness, poor or double vision, headache, irritability, irrational behavior, problems with memory, cognitive focus, learning, and digestive problems. Symptoms most commonly occur in the mid-afternoon, and can mimic many other health problems or co-exist with them.
Although only classic hypoglycemia, a form of hypoglycemia that occurs in people with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, is recognized by conventional medicine, alternative practitioners recognize general hypoglycemia to be a well-established condition that occurs during the early stages of adrenal stress and blood sugar imbalance problems.
Hypoglycemia can be caused by excess consumption of simple sugars and refined carbohydrates, food allergies, low thyroid function, nutrient deficiencies (especially vitamin B6, chromium, zinc, essential fatty acids and amino acids such as alanine), excessive exercise, stress, skipped meals (especially breakfast), irregular eating habits, excessive alcohol, drug, or cigarette consumption, over consumption of caffeine beverages, poor protein digestion, protein deficiency, poor digestion due to other factors, low digestive enzymes, low fiber diets, and an excessively refined and processed diet. To achieve lasting relief of hypoglycemia symptoms, all of these factors must be screened for and addressed.
Chronic muscular tension caused by stress throughout the body, particularly in the spinal regions, is another potential cause of hypoglycemia, since stressed body tissues burn fuel at a higher than normal rate, creating a constant need for glucose.
There are natural cures for Hypoglycemia that do not involve the use of pharmaceutical drugs. Instead, these natural remedies for hypoglycemia involve restoring the biochemical balance of the body, and making dietary and lifestyle changes designed to improve one's general health.
